Journal - Why is it important to create an outline before writing a paper? What web tool did you choose to start building your outline in? How would you evaluate the tool? Easy to use, difficult, fun, pretty looking, etc.
It's important to create an outline before writing a paper because you need to have some idea of where you're going with it. It's much easier to write a paper if you have some form of guide to help you. The web tool I chose to use is bubbl.us. I think it's super easy to use and it looks neat. It's also easy to save. I tried another web tool and I couldn't get my outline to save.
